With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to their living environment,so there have been a wide range of air purification equipment.At present,the main devices in the market for purifying indoor air are fresh air system and air purifiers.Two kinds of devices are different from the principle of purifying the air,but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,researches on indoor airflow fields when each device worked independently were done by Fluent software,and the results showed that the fresh air system had higher purification efficiency of formaldehyde.On the other hand,the fresh air system could make the air flow through the indoor and the outdoor,so as to increase the indoor oxygen concentration,but the air purifier couldn't make it.However,there are many types of fresh air systems,and their application is also different.One conclusion which was got based on summing up the domestic fresh wind industry,is that individual fresh air system has great development potential.Therefore,a new kind of individual fresh air system,combining ventilation technology of traditional fresh air system with air purification technology,was designed in the situation of China's increasingly severe outdoor air pollution.Then,for designing vents position of individual fresh air system,there are four common designs.Through Fluent software,researches on the corresponding flow field of four kinds of three-dimensional space were done,and by comparing the cloud map of formaldehyde concentration distribution and airflow velocity of several sections of space in several time nodes as well as the curve of formaldehyde concentration,the best design was finally determined,which provided a theoretical basis for the design of inlet and outlet distribution of the fresh air system.Next,combining with the current development of fresh air equipment at home and abroad,the overall function of the system,including the polluted gas concentration and temperature and humidity data acquisition,air purification and human-computer interaction were determined,based on the principle of low cost and easy operation.At the same time,according to the required functions,the device selection and circuit design principle of each function module were described in this paper,as well as the control system software which was designed to combine with it effectively.Finally,according to the experimental conditions of the laboratory,a fresh air purification control system test-bed was set up to test the system initially.And the results showed that the system was reliable and had good stability.In this paper,numerical simulation of mixed airflow field of indoor formaldehyde and air is of great theoretical significance to guide the rational installation of fresh air system to work better.At the same time,it also has certain guiding effect on the purification simulation of other kinds of pollutants.The modular individual fresh air purification control system has the advantages of relatively complete function,low cost,easy installation,easy maintenance and simple operation.It can be quickly and effectively cut and packaged according to the required functions to satisfy different user groups.
