Laser marking 2D barcode technology is a combination of laser technology and barcode technology,through the laser beam thermal.effect on the material surface to ablate,which in the material surface to form a permanent barcode information to facilitate the product quality information trace a technology,with No pollution,no contact,fast,high quality characteristics.Metal materials are widely used in the industrial and life areas,and laser on the metal surface marking also achieved a certain development,however,when marked on the metal material,the laser beam on the surface of the material,will give the base material mechanical damage,Thermal stress,and processed spatter can be re-deposited in the processing area,the processing quality has a great impact,and will produce fine particles and exhaust gas,the work environment will be polluted.In view of this problem,this paper has carried out the experimental study and quality prediction of the laser marking DM barcode on surfaces of Aluminum Alloy under water-assisted condition,mainly from the following aspects:The influence of laser power,water layer thickness and material on the laser marking effect under water assisted condition was analyzed.The influence of these three factors on the marking effect was obtained.And the orthogonal experiment is designed.The influence of laser process parameters on the barcode image quality evaluation index under water-assisted condition is analyzed by variance analysis.The influence of process parameters on barcode Contrast and Print Growth is significant,Axial Non-uniformity and Unused Error Correction are not significant.According to the mean graph,the optimal combination of the two parameters of barcode contrast and print growth is obtained.Conducted a water-assisted and air conditioned laser marking two-dimensional bar code comparative experimental analysis.From a micro and macro perspective,the influence of two kinds of environment on bar code image evaluation index is analyzed.And the bar code level situation is given.According to the experimental comparative study,it is concluded that laser mark two dimensional barcode of the metal surface under the water-assisted condition.is feasible in the range of certain process parameters.Based on the BP neural network,under the water-assisted condition,the quality prediction model between the two dimensional bar code of the aluminum alloy surface and the barcode image quality evaluation index was established,and the reliability of the model was verified by experiment.Then,by combining with the orthogonal test,a small step narrow range search method is used to find out the optimal combination of the optimum process parameters obtained in the previous orthogonal test to find out the more precise water-assisted condition of the aluminum alloy surface laser marking two dimensional bar code of the process parameters.The experimental study on the direct labeling of two dimensional barcode on aluminum alloy surface was carried out.The relationship between the contrast of aluminum alloy and the chemical composition of aluminum alloy was analyzed by controlling single factor test.The order of the barcode contrast of the four kinds of aluminum alloy approximately is 2024>7075>6061>5052.The temperature field distribution,temperature and cooling rate of different grades of aluminum alloys at different times and different positions were obtained by simulating the temperature and cooling rate distribution of four kinds of aluminum alloys based on COMSOL multiphysics.
