With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand of electric power is increasing in many industries,such as manufacturing industry and construction industry.The tower is a steel structure to support high or ultra high voltage overhead transmission lines,and the angle steel tower is one of the most widely used transmission line tower.In order to ensure the quality of the tower,the power sector needs to provide a rigorous test of the geometric dimensions of the tower components.The angle steel tower as the object,the paper studies the digital detection and information management of the geometric dimensions of the tower components,the main research work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of dimension measurement of angle steel tower,such as non uniform detection content,low detection efficiency,no scientific and effective management of test data.The research of geometric measurement and information management system for angle steel tower were carried out.Referencing tower industry standards and combining with the actual situation of geometry detection of angle steel tower,the sampling project,sampling plan,specific test content and technical requirements of the geometric dimensions of angle steel tower components were determined.On this basis,combining with the relevant theory,digital measuring instruments were selected,such as digital calipers,SOLO portable three coordinate measuring systems,etc.And the corresponding measurement methods were designed.(2)In order to solve the problem of angle steel component quality evaluation,the characteristics of the angle steel tower sampling project and test data was analyzed.And parts,welding parts,assembly and zinc coating is identified as 4 evaluation indexes.Test data of each group were detected by Z-score standardization method.The process capability index of4 indexes was calculated by the method of single variable process capability index.According to the theory of multivariate process capability index,the weights of 4 indexes was calculated by the method that combines AHP and entropy method by the combination method of least squares.The multivariate process capability index was calculated.Then the angle steel component quality evaluation criteria was made,and quality evaluation process of angle steel tower was designed.(3)On the basis of the above study,the angle steel tower geometry test information management system architecture was constructed.The whole structure of information management system and its running process were designed,and the function of the main modules was analyzed.Dimension measurement and information management system of angle steel tower was developed by C++ Builder software development platform and InterBase database.The nonlinear programming problem is solved by the method of two times of the sequence,and the results were compared with the results of MATLAB to guarantee the reliability of the software system.The functions of sampling,analysis,modification,query,and quality evaluation of angle steel tower components were realized.(4)Steel tower component with three different suppliers as a case.Geometry of angle steel tower component detection is based on the engineering requirements and the above measuring instruments and methods.The data were analyzed and judged,the multivariate process capability index was calculated,and the three angle steel component quality was evaluated by the angle steel tower geometry test information management system.Digital measurement and information management of geometric dimensions of angle steel tower was achieved,and the effectiveness of the detection and information management system of geometry angle steel tower was verified.
