In recent years,extreme weather and rainstorm weather frequently happen,and causes numerous threat to production and life of people.Meanwhile,with the gradual popularization of new generation of Doppler weather radar application,it makes it possible to accurately measure areal precipitation through Doppler effect.Therefore,based on new generation of Doppler radar technology,it builds more accurate rainfall pre-warning system,which has important significance to provide reliable information for precaution in advance,rescue and relief work,and guarantee national production and life.Therefore,based on researches into new generation of Doppler weather radar and relevant technology of GIS,through detected data gained by analyzing Doppler weather radar,we design and realize pre-warning software of basin precipitation,through this article,we make elaboration of design and implementation of this system.This system has functions such as collecting and preprocessing echoed data,displaying echoed data,drawing precipitation pre-warning basin,checking system fault and log operation situation,and it is necessary tool for personnel in radar station to check real time precipitation basin information and monitor the running state of weather radar system.This article first introduces research background and relevant technology,according to the needs of pre-warning system,it provides division of overall structure and function modules for pre-warning system software,and database and GIS design.The system adopts modular design ideas and multithreading programming methods,aimed at practical application,and it is divided into a number of modules such as data collection module,preprocessing module,information display module,control system module,network communication module and pre-warning system module.This article makes detailed discussions in specific implementation and design ideas and process of various function modules,focuses on researches in to conversion process of primary data,main implementation process of radar precipitation algorithm in pre-warning module and PDF module of precipitation monitoring,and makes detailed description in how to correct radar beam blockage,eliminate false noise and outlier,ground echo/tilt test.Meanwhile,targeted at actual operation habit of application personnel,it adopts GIS technology to more intuitively present alert data.Compared with original system,new generation system has friendly and beautiful interface,convenient operation,relatively comprehensive functions,and it integrates pre-warning system of precipitation basin.It solves the use problems of original software which has single function,a great variety,finally leading to frequent switching of various systems and to cockamamie checking.This article will sets forth in its sixth and seventh part the test process of the system and further striving direction.Through test,various function of this system software all accord with design requirements,and in the study of the new generation Doppler weather radar system.It can provide a useful beneficial references for the future development and application of new generation Doppler radar,and provide forceful basis for analysis into further weather process in the future.
