With the accelerated pace of life,people's work pressure is getting bigger and bigger and the incidence of chronic disease is getting higher and higher in the population,the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases has become particularly important.Hospitals have a greater advantage in the treatment of acute diseases,but the maintenance of chronic diseases and the follow-up of patients after discharge is powerless.Therefore,if design and develop a real-time medical data collection system of patients after discharge,patients can measure their electrocardiograph,blood pressure,blood oxygen,blood glucose,uric acid,hemoglobin and other data at anytime at home conveniently,and upload to the cloud platform server timely and facilitate doctors to analyze and diagnose health condition timely.It has a great significance for the monitoring and prevention of chronic diseases.This paper is based on Internet of Things,telemedicine and wireless communications technology,to develop a telemedicine system of a doctor,patients and administrators.And the remote medical program is proposed in the process of design and development of the system.The system is mainly faced with patients with chronic diseases after hospital,the patients can use intelligent cloud health detector to monitor their own health data in real time,and can view the medical data on the front desk interface dynamically,in order to achieve the monitoring and prevention of chronic diseases.In the process of design and development,the front end mainly uses Ajax development technology.We Use Ajax technology and combine with JavaScript scripting language to achieve asynchronous transmission of medical data in the page.So that it can improve the efficiency of the system,when accessing the user medical data,while reducing the burden on the server.In the background of data processing,We have adopted a three-tier architecture development model and used the DAL(Database Abstraction Layer)data access layer to access the background data,to achieve a "low coupling,high cohesion" system structure.The system not only designed and developed a website platform,while achieved to complete the development of the mobile terminal.As a follow-up platform for telemedicine,the display of patient medical data is a key point in system development.Here,we use the ECharts control to achieve a dynamic display of medical data.During the development process,cloud platform storage technology solve the storage and use of huge patient information and medical data effectively,and it unifies the composition of the data and achieve the sharing of data.As the system uses intelligent cloud health detector equipment to collect physiological data in the client,therefore,the realization of Internet of Things technology has important significance in the system.In addition,as medical data is the most important resource of the medical platform,we use data encryption search technology to extract the large number of data safely and effectively.The post-hospital follow-up of the system refers to that when the chronic disease patients leave the hospital and need regular follow-up of the disease,they can use the system to achieve independent detection of medical data and upload.At the same time,doctors can use the platform do online follow-up to patients,thus it can save hospital resources,and reduce the recurrence rate of chronic diseases.
