This paper aims to achieve a performance appraisal system to facilitate corporate and group use.The topic of thinking from the perspective of technology,try relying on B / S model to build the most fiery of office automation OA system,and strive to achieve the perfect office automation process,improve the efficiency of enterprise performance appraisal and status.Development activities carried out in this article are based on my Language enterprise environments,developed for the specific needs of performance appraisal,it aims to use office automation solutions to real life problems.Using the web client and server interactive mode,provide online for employees self-assessment,peer assessment and competent staff evaluation capabilities for enterprise performance evaluation tailored a system employees and supervisors to create a convenient communication,convenient online performance appraisal The way.This paper background using Thinkphp framework to achieve the application design,object-oriented development structure and MVC model,the rear end of the previous separation method development;using Bootstrap framework to achieve front-end design,and strive to achieve a more user-friendly design.Employees end mainly use the web access to applications,server side data processing and other operations.The system implements a series of functional evaluation staff,in charge of communication,so as to achieve the purpose of performance assessment is completed online.In summary,this study ultimately a convenient online employee performance appraisal system.
