| The Social Management refers to the endowment insurance of social insurance,which socialized the management and services for enterprise retirees.Specifically,when employees retire,the management and services part will separate from their companies,being transferred to the community service organizations and pensions will be issued by the society.As the most important component of management information system of social insurance,the Social Managememt and Service System is designed for the unified management of all enterprise retirees' information in the city to support the communities carring out the management of all retirees,improve communications and sharing between communities and social insurance agencies,so our social workers can have better efficiency and quality of their service.This paper describes the development process and some of the key technologies involved of the Social Managememt and Service System,especially on the functional module analysis,design,implementation and testing of the system;UML tools are the mainly tools using for modeling during the whole process,and with detailed analysis of various legends,codes are based on the result of modeling.Using B/S/S three-tier mode for coding system technology,using Struts and Spring framework for designing business logic to complete unified package,this provides us pure web mode,friendly and convenient user interface,improving management effectiveness;Through overall test,the system mainly achieves personnel information management,survival certification management,personnel service management,health services management,organization information management,query and statistics,auxiliary information management and system management,a total of eight modules,basically meets the research needs of socialization management system in Linghai city,the implementation of the system will be a good platform to Linghai relevant departments for the management of retirees. |
