Design And Implementation Of The Fixed Assets Management System

The development of fixed assets management information system is the inevitable trend of enterprise fixed assets management and information construction.And it is also one of the important means to improve the level of enterprises fixed assets management.As the workload increased and the continuous improvement of work efficiency requirements,the disadvantages of the original manual or semi-automation management mode gradually exposed.Manual processing of large amounts of data not only brings huge pressure of the staff,but also is easy to produce the errors in the operation,and causes inconvenient information query.In addition,handmade management reports also waste a lot of manpower and time.So developing a fixed assets management system to meet the new situation needs has become the urgent requirement of assets management department.The development of a fixed assets management system of mainly introduced in this thesis.The fixed assets management system of B/S structure is based on ASP.NET technology.And powerful Microsoft Visual C#and SQL Server 2012 are used as the development tool.System uses the B/S structure to maintain the stability,reliability,practicality of large amount of users of the system,to achieve load balancing.Distributed communication is implemented with ASP.NET technology;SQL Server 2012 has more comprehensive functions to meet the demand for data and information.Based on the above technology,the system guarantees functionality,practicality and safety requirements,meets the needs of users;thereby the system reduces the working pressure on the user,and improves the working efficiency.Thesis first introduces the project background,the research status at home and abroad,the social demand,the development of the system purpose and meaning,and the thesis structure arrangement.Then,the thesis introduces the relevant technology of the system to use.In system requirements analysis section,first of all introduces the specific requirements of the system,and analyzes the feasibility of the system,to do a simple introduction to the system development environment,then all levels of the system are given with the data flow diagram.In system design part,first the thesis introduces the overall design of the system,and then describes the overall module design in detail and database table design.In system implementation part,the implementation of a detailed introduces the various modules and the key technology.In system test,the thesis introduces the test method,test environment of the system and the content of the test,and then gives the test results and evaluation.Finally,this thesis summarizes the work and prospects the future work.
