In this paper, the calibration to the rate of infrared detector's spectral response is researched.Infrared spectral range is 1~3μm and the infrared detector is selected as TS-76.The achievement to calibration is use of two reference systems in two sets of system. The first step, the relative spectral responsivity of TS-76 is measured by using a reference detector at the first system (Infrared Spectral Comparator Facility),then use cryogenic radiometer and lasers to complete the measurement of absolute spectral responsivity in the second set of system (Absolute spectral responsivity calibration system). The third step, the absolute spectral responsivity of TS-76 is calculated by the formula. Finally,I explore the processing part of the signal after the pyroelectric detector on the Curie Temperature testing equipment and I verify the performance of pyroelectric detectors, laying a theoretical foundation for selecting the pyroelectric detector and improving the effect of scaling infrared detectors'spectral response rate.
