Design And Implementation Of Mobile Oa For Health And Family Planning Commission

This paper takes an Office Automation System developed by Neusoft Govement Group as the background,to conduct research and practice the upgration of the system.The goal is to design a better user experienced mobile office automation system.As the foundational and key system for E-Government,OA system has been developed rapidly in recent years,and has been found extensive application.All levels of govermment departments have gradually built up a paperless procedural and automated office environment focus on the document flow,conference management and supervision reminders,and have provided a normalized and automated information processing platform.The OA system has proved to improve the government's work efficiency and service levels,and reduce the management costs.After years of research and development,Neusoft Office Automation System has been widely used in social insurance,public security,health administration,taxation and other government industries.It is a simple,efficient,flexible,standardized and secure office automation system.Because of the less clear requirement boundary,low degree of production,long implementation cycles and low user's sticky,the OA sytem is difficult to be popularized massively.This project plans and designs a new version of office systems.The wireless positioning,mobile sensors and other technology are used to sense the surroundings and make it possible to design a more innovative mobile OA system.The mobile OA focused on implementing "the simplest operation" based on context-aware theory.The new OA were designed as a better user-experenced software,and will be suitable for using in time confetti and can complete a transaction in a short time.The new OA focused on solving the problems in three aspects:(1)The system usability problems:based on context-aware techology,makes the system more easily into the practical application of;(2)The application isolated island problems:Calendar-based unified schedule management,will integrate the separate applications such as office document management,meeting arrangement,work plan,traffic management work together to improve the efficiency of the office;(3)Used the cloud testing technology to solve the android fragmentation problem,saved the test cost and improved test efficiency.Based on the design ideas,the main function of mobile OA system has been implemented,and already used in Health and Family Planning Commission of Liaoning Province,good results have been achieved and will further improve and spread.
