Design And Implementation Of Russian Digital Platforms Special Resources

With the continuous advance Library Resource digital process,the university library,intelligence units and self-built database of various outsourcing more and more,in order to obtain complete digital resources,resource users have to spend a lot of time in each resource switching system on.This wastes much time and greatly increases the chance of error.This requires that digital libraries will not only be a service-based information retrieval systems and digital resources system resources,but also a user-centric to aggregate information resources,information services,and the dynamics of information utilization activities.Traditional literature resources construction mode and simple construction of digital library resources service model,cannot meet user requirements for Library Resources Construction under the new information environment.Features digital resources as digital resources,"boutique" resources,to meet the growing user demand more quality information underlines its irreplaceable role,and has become an important factor in the library core competitiveness.Now our country communicates with Russian about cultural information more and more.For meeting the increasing need of digital resources on Russian cultural information,the Russian digital resources platform would become the more important to be built for the library of Heihe university.This paper describes the background and significance of Russian Special Resources Digital Platform,the main contents of research ideas and research,discusses the research progress at home and abroad,followed by a brief description of the architecture platform development environment and browser/server mode and database technology.Then the system based on Visual Studio C#and SQL Server environment is described by Software Engineering developing flow about requirements analysis,design,implementation and testing,the whole process of building a detailed database Russian,Russian literature and Russian literature resource construction site construction.The platform provides user convenient and searching quickly.And also it can support management and utilizing on Russian digital resources efficiently.
