In response to the rapid developing of modern information technology, production information integration management system comes into being. As a high-efficient tool widely applied to production and management for large-scale enterprise, it is usually used in managing human resource, equipment and normal business. After 9·11 terrorist attacks, global aviation security situation becomes more serious, hence, aviation security check is faced with higher and higher requirement and challenge. Establishing a stable and rich functional security information management system (SIMS) would highly promote the information management level and intellectualized degree of the work, and also would greatly improve the work quality and efficiency. It would be helpful to provide detailed and accurate information when hijacking occurs.At the first part of this article, some advanced domestic and overseas security technologies are analyzed and compared. Later, on the basis of the construction experience of SIMS in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Extension Project, a kind of LAN-based SIMS taken consideration of actual airport security management demands will be proposed. Client/Server mode and.Net framework technology are adopted in the system and message-oriented (MQ) middleware communication technology is brought in as well. The system uses Oracle as background database software and the database connects C# with ADO communication method.The article dissects aviation security check's standard and procedure, managerial content and responsibility, puts forwards system requirements from business and function aspects and also makes requests in performance, reliability and safety etc. in order to meet the demands of stable operation and business management. The article shows software structure and network topology by the means of schematic diagram and introduces modules and components contained in every level. It deep expatiates on network connections and transmission mode, and introduces the functions and design of communication gateways and external interfaces. Then part of database forms and data table architecture design are given out. Some tools such as use case diagram and flow chart will be used to explain the function and data logic design of the eleven modules of this system so that it can collects information from first line spot workstations and handle, manage and search information from second line management workstations to meet the demands of daily management and information search. Furthermore, the system is certified operating good by test and actual use. At the end of the article, we look far ahead into the system's development and future.SIMS intercepts suspected molecules before the flight; offers decisive basis for emergency in the flight; provides analysis report after the incidents occurred. In a word, it has great social benefits for its help in fighting terrorist crime and safeguarding aviation safety as well as improving service and management capability of airport security departments.
