In recent years,with the rapid development of digital information,the demand of 3D information in various industries is more and more.So 3D measurement technology has been widespread attention of scholars at home and abroad.3D measurement technology based on structured light applied stereo vision measurement principle,measure the 3D information of the object,with the features of measurement speed,high accuracy,ease of operation,no need to touch objects and so on.Compared with the traditional binocular vision,the 3D measurement technique based on structured light also has a strong applicability to weakly textured objects.In this paper,combining pseudo-random coding,FAST corner detection algorithm and Census transform local stereo matching algorithm,a 3D measurement system based on color coded structured light is designed.The system has the advantages of fast measurement speed,less affected by ambient light.First,a color coding pattern is designed according to the pseudo-random coding principle.The use of color coded patterns,to a large extent improve the accuracy of the measurement.Since only one pattern is projected,the measurement system has a faster measurement speed compared to the time code.The experimental system platform is set up.The camera was calibrated by Zhang Zhengyou calibration method,the calibrated results are used to correct the acquired image pair,thereby obtain a stereo image pair in the standard epipolar geometry,effectively improve the matching speed.In order to increase the angular point information content of the measured object,a color coding pattern is projected on the measured object.Designed the color pseudorandom coding pattern has four primitives of red,blue,green and white,and use black as the color coding pattern's background.The encoding window size is 63?65,any3?2 small window size is unique.FAST algorithm with strong anti-noise ability,fast operation speed and high positioning accuracy is used to detect corner points.Use Census transformation algorithm as similarity measure for stereo matching.According to trigonometric geometry principle,3D reconstruction of the measured object's local surface was completed.
