In recent several years, with the development of various technologies, the control system is becoming more and more intelligent and complex. In some large control occasions such as industrial field control systems, complex multi-node distributed control system, or the system which has much physical distribution and the complex internal function, it is common to connect the different devices with fieldbus, external bus or internal bus. But for a long time, the diversity of field bus protocol leads to the incompatibility among different kinds of buses, which make it difficult to information interaction among different systems. At present, most of the application is limited to only realize two kinds of bus protocol conversion by gateway. If the conversion is between any two protocols, and this conversion is one to one, so if field bus protocol have n types, which require the number of conversion is Cn2 (n>2). In addition, we also design a special protocol converter or use OPC technology to achieve the integration among the buses.For the above reasons, this paper puts forward a multi-bus fusion Ad Hoc networking technology. This technology, according to the OSI model, putting up interface layer, datalink layer, message management layer, data grouping management layer, application layer and so on beyond each bus's application layer, which can use interface layer to shield the difference of each bus data format and rely on the datalink layer to process data transmission, path selection and establishment of the topology. Through this method, we can truly realize the fusion of multi-bus and be able to make each intelligent device nodes to establish and maintain the topology of entire network.Because the bandwidth of the bus is relatively limited,it will consume a large amount of bandwidth resources if we establish network topology in a traditional way, especially when the network scale is relatively large.In order to quickly establish topology and maintain dynamic topology in multi-bus fusion network, We integrate the active routing protocol OLSR that is a part of ad hoc networks into the networking mechanism, which can accelerate to create network topology and also to reach the purpose of reducing the network load.
