High-performance AC servo system has a wide range of applications areas in the factory automation and CNC machining and bending hoop machine, AC servo performance of the system determines the quality of bending hoop machine. In this paper, Advantech industrial computer is used to control the core, AC servo motor is designed for the implementation of hoop bending machine control system, This paper does some job in the theory and simulation study in the servo system to improve the stability and robustness aspects.This paper discusses the hoop bending machine control system's hardware design and makes the component selection and introduces detailed information on the performance of various parts of components and characteristics.The derivation of the decoupling of AC servo system state equation and the system block diagram are provided in this paper, sliding-mode-based control theory is applied to bending hoop machine servo system speed loop and position loop regulator design, in the last, simulation results show that the sliding-mode-based structure control allows the system to obtain good dynamic performance and robustness.In this paper, a mathematical model of PMSM servo system based on robust control theory of the guaranteed cost controller design is provided. The use of PMSM inequality analysis obtain to enable filtering system asymptotically stable and that the output from the noise input to the error H_∞norm of the transfer function is less than the specified upper bound of the sufficient condition, then solves out the filter parameters; In the last, this paper study the the application of H_∞filtering technique in servo system.
