With the rapid development of the Internet and electronic business platform,marketing concept and marketing model has penetrated into the vast number of consumers,such as: buy,spike,lottery,etc..Also in the telecommunications industry,the marketing needs of mobile operators increasingly personalized and normalized,and its marketing activities need to be carried in a number of electronic channel system.The current marketing model for supporting the traditional mobile electronic channels is built by each channel individually,resulting in a large number of repeat development work,needs a long development cycle,low development efficiency,poor user experience,and because each separate system,to achieve data sharing,operation analysis ability,system operation and maintenance on the basic human settlement.In the mobile Internet era,the mobile support department in the face of growing marketing activities,management and support of the workload of the larger,the current support of the status quo has been unable to meet the needs of business development.In order to meet the customer's marketing needs,need to immediately change the marketing mode support system,through the construction of a unified marketing platform,rapidly enhance the marketing management of mobile operators operating efficiency and enhance the depth of the business data basis for decision making,and promote the rapid development of business,while improving the fine marketing ability of the company itself,reduce the enterprise resources no waste of target marketing caused by reducing the rate of customer complaints,improve customer value and customer loyalty.This project intends to build a unified marketing support platform,the platform to learn and learn from the current mainstream electricity suppliers to support the advanced experience of marketing activities,the introduction of a mature Internet technology architecture.This system is based on the actual situation of mobile operators,flexible use of anti scalping strategies,task center,resource lock and other advanced technology,to achieve the marketing activities of each channel unified supporting marketing activities,more flexible configuration,operation data sharing,real-time monitoring and other functions,to avoid a lot of repeated development work,shorten the development cycle and improve the stability of the system,greatly enhance the system operation ability analysis.At present,the marketing platform has been successfully implemented and on-line operation,the user feedback is good.In the process of the entire system,met a difficult key problems: resource lock is in the extreme case of multiple concurrent users on the same resource preemption,such as the use of the database or the pessimistic lock lock mechanism in high concurrency circumstances inevitably exist in severe performance bottlenecks,even lead to lock the database table or dead database process,lead to paralysis of the entire front marketing system.I read a lot of information and consultation by senior peer,and ultimately determine the design and implementation of a distributed resource lock based on redis,this approach not only improves the performance efficiency of lock,taking into account the data consistency of resource preemption,through rigorous stress tests,the lock function and performance ar e achieved the objectives and requirements.The author participated in the core module of the system(resource lock)research,demand analysis,design and development work,while the other modules of the system also has the function of the whole system to do a detailed introduction and analysis.
