Image is one of the important ways that help us to sense the outside world.Images can be vivid and intuitive to express the information we need. And the image can often contain a large amount of information. Image occupies the important position in human's daily life and scientific research. The human eye can capture the image information of the ordinary, but for some instantaneous events, the human eye and ordinary image acquisition devices cannot collect details of the instantaneous events. The high-speed dynamic image acquisition system that is designed by us, in order to achieve the data acquisition of these instantaneous events.As the per capita car ownership in China continue to increase, our country has gradually became the "country" on wheels. People play more and more attention to the road traffic safety. In addition to perfect the relevant traffic regulations, research and development of passive safety system of the car itself, also has very important significance. Automobile airbag is one of the main means for reducing the damage people receive in traffic accidents. Through the linear impact test to simulate the collision that instant, force were collected, through the image information to judge whether the airbag meet safety index, can enter the next phase design production.The high speed dynamic image acquisition system is design by us, it is composed of light path control module, image acquisition module, FPGA module,storage module, network interface module and a signal input module. And based on the high-speed dynamic image acquisition system combined with computer terminals,software and hardware interface, related mechanical equipment and sensors to build car impact airbag linear system. Finally, through the details of the airbag deployment process image data to evaluate the safety and reliability of the airbag.
