Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Local Taxation Bureau Office Management System Based On Android Platform

Mobile office is a brand new, low-carbon mode of office. Based on the pre-existing PC auto office system, it can speed up the business process through mobile terminals like phones,pads, etc. This new office mode cut across the limit of time and space, which highly improves the work efficiency of governments and enterprises. It has become a new generation of office mode following non-paper and networking office.Under the general management of local taxation bureau of Yunnan Province, the bureau of Weishan has promoted the use of mobile office system of LTBYP, through which, the bureau of Weishan has largely improved their work performances. Nonetheless, the current mobile office system has some disadvantages, such as the lack of systemic functions, the managements of tax and approval matters, and the lack of flexibility and openness, which turns out to be less user-friendly. Accordingly, the author has studied the existing domestic mobile office systems and held that it would be more appropriate to develop the current system and to combine with the local need of local taxation bureau management in Weishan.Thus, the thesis develops the comprehensive managing office system based on the Android platform.Starting with the comparison and analysis of advanced techniques and ideas from home and abroad, the thesis displays the background and significance of the Android–based comprehensive local taxation bureau office system. Targeted at the problems of current system, it learns the actual needs of customers through research and thus gains the systematic functions. Secondly, the thesis researches the technique structure and function modules of the system. The technology framework of the system mainly contains the overall system,internet and logical framework. The function module of the system mainly contains tax operations,administration working,communication and system settings. Lastly, it effectuates the function through Java scripts and provides a thorough test for the system, whose results can tell if the system satisfies the need of Weishan local taxation bureau. The comprehensive managing office system will have a large impact on the informationalization of the local taxation work.
