Design And Implementation Of The System Of Online Registration Based On Struts And Hibernate

Freshmen registration work of Colleges and universities every year is a very complex work in school. Furthermore, the freshmen registration work is an excellent chance for a school to show it's management level, the campus culture and quality of the students. Weather the annual freshmen registration work can be completed efficiently or not is a measure of the ability of the level of management.With the implementation of expansive enrollment policy, the number of the annual freshmen and the resource which putted into welcoming the them is very large.In order to save the resources and realize the digitalization of university, I design and develop the new online registration system, In order to apply to the freshmen registration work of Colleges and universities.This paper mainly expounds the whole process of the design and implementation of this system, which is based on Java and Jsp and My SQL as the background database. This system implements the Model.View.Co.ntroller design pattern based on struts and hibernate, successfully build up the system's four layer architecture:, it is easy to popularize.The online registration system starting from the actual process of registration.The system consists of administrators and university users and department users and the freshmen, each class of users will be assigned permissions after the authentication. In addition, the main functions of the system are as follows: login and payment setting and data management and information management and statistical analysis. These reasonable functions make the operations become simple, and more stable, having good practical value.The research and development of online registration system for freshmen in colleges and universities has adopted advanced software development technology andadvanced management ideas, greatly optimize the process of the system. Further more,the system can realize the seamless connection with the national college entrance examination system, which compensating for the lack of new work in universities and improving the education management level and work efficiency of registration.After research, not many colleges and universities put into the use of online registration system now, the system can not only be used as a online registration system which can improve work efficiency and save resources for colleges and universities, but also let the later developers to learn and reference, hoping to make the system more convenient.
