This paper just in the current situation, with the up-to-date technological achievements, develops the answering system based on STRUCTS, which adopts STRUTS, J2EE,MySql database and other relevant technologies and present the complete implementation plan. The system can provide user with browsing, searching and sending messages to server in the browser. The application layer of the system is comprised of web server and database, and control layer implemented by STRUTS, witch is the most well-rounded server technology, supported by hundreds of companies and whose security and scalability are superior to other development frames.The paper describes the details of answering system online, consists of development background, relevant concepts and functional blocks, development principles of the system, overall planning design idea, implementation demand analysis.
