The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of The Communist Youth League Based On B/S

With the continuous development of society, many government things need computer processing. With the increasing number of affairs of the Communist Youth League and the increase in the number of its members, it is difficult for the workers to deal with the daily affairs and to manage the information on the members. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system with the computer technology to help the staff to treat the group service and to manage the members' information. The system designed and implemented in this paper uses Net technology, with the database using SQL Server 2000. The realization of the system mainly includes four major function modules. They are members' management module, group service management module, announcement module and system management module.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) The paper introduces the background and the significance of the research. Meanwhile, the papers also introduces the current researching situation both domestic and abroad. The major content of the group management system appears in the essay as well.(2) The functional and non functional requirements of group service management are introduced in the paper, which is divided into four modules to analyze the functional ones. The non functional requirements are introduced as well. Finally, the paper analyzes the feasibility of group service management system.(3) The paper makes an introduction of the system design. The first section mainly introduces the system's design principles, and then the architecture design about the system is introduced, too. In the following, it gives a detailed description of the four big modules. At last, the paper gives the design of the database of the group service management system, giving the design database table structure and E-R diagram.(4) This paper introduces the implementation process of the management system, and gives a detailed introduction about the four function modules in four sections. As a result, it gives parts of the interface and the implementation flow chart.(5) There is a test about the implemented management system and there is an introduction in three parts. First of all, the paper introduces the purpose and methods of the test, and then introduces the system test environment. The final section is to test the function of system function, giving the function test cases. The test shows that the realization of the system can meet the Communist Youth League needs and improve the working efficiency of the Communist Youth League.
