Design And Realization Of Management Information System Of Local Public Security Civil Case

Computer Software and Theory Information technology, network technology and the development of artificial intelligence technology and fast, it is very important to improve work efficiency, in order to promote its application in the working process of the many government departments and institutions of information technology, the informationization process started in the unit interior. And processing all kinds of case and case to the local public security of the daily work, in this case management interview process is the most common. The daily work of the local public security department is to deal with cases of filing and trial, which is the most common case of the management process of the interview. If the traditional manual methods to deal with the case, its efficiency are quite low, and in the case of the management process may be a lot of mistakes. In order to overcome these problems, this topic developed a local public security civil case management information system, through the system in the implementation of the local public security departments of civil case filing, trial and archives management work. So that the relevant departments of the efficiency improved, policemen in the daily work of strength are reduced accordingly.Visual Studio.Net development platform 2005 was elected to the local public security information management system to deal with civil cases, and then select the c # as development language, because it is the most general, SQL Server 2008 database, extension of B/S three layer architecture is the architecture of this system. In this paper, the main content is as follows:(1)In this paper, we study the relevant system can integrate various management functions. That includes system management, case management, archives library management, resemblance department management, filing the case management, and put on record information management. Eventually these functions integrated in the system, but also able to share and transmission of data information.(2)This system according to the different character of the user to give them different permissions. The local public security department civil case management need to cover various angles and aspects of civil case management.(3)In this paper, we study the relevant system optimization of the overall process of the entire system. This project in accordance with the relevant standard system were analyzed, and then to realize the system, including each process should be after careful consideration, so as to maximize the optimization of related process, but also to consider the needs of customers.(4)At the time the public security implementation of this system, thus formed the open management civil cases, and to integrate the public security management, personnel management and other cases to the routine management, have to use to the open interface of this system.
