The system uses the B/S program architecture, data storage and management which is based on the ORACLE 11G data base, the software program design focus on the main object, the application program based on Microsoft.net platform and uses the C# programming language.Fixed asset information system for radio management can realize the data collection and reporting for fixed assets, and ensure the data collection of the management department safely, the date resource integrity and meeting the timeliness requirement. The system can solve the fixed asset data accuracy problem for institutions at all levels, make the management of assets more constantly and more dynamic, and can help the competent authorities make the effective supervision and reasonable planning to arrange the fixed assets of the radio management institutions at all levels.
