Design And Implementation Of Court Video Conference System Based On SIP

In our daily life, we cannot do things without video more and more. And in the cases of far distance and more important meeting,the people of the modern society will use video conferencing to communicate and change.The mainstream video conference is based on H.323 protocol, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable, but highly cost and poor scalability. The main feature of SIP protocol is simple, that allow SIP protocol to play the most incisive, so the video conference host in the current market have begun to support the SIP protocol; but SIP also has its shortcomings, that in the process of transmission of voice and video in the Internet environment, there are also some defects.this paper, based on the study of the major video conferencing software, presents the transmission method of Internet software video conference which is based on transmission audio and video data by TCP. We use the SIP for functions of the meeting list management and host control, text communication, video communication and file exchange.After exhaustive testing and system modifying in a large number of details, we think that this system can be used in a variety of IM software and it is necessary to make conduct in-depth study.This paper includes following several works:(1) research on FreeSWITCH, SIP protocol and FreeSWITCH support platform is the basis of this paper.FreeSWITCH provides a good framework for video conferencing system.(2) the design of a video conference management system.It designs the video conference list and personnel list management database architecture which is based on a database and to achieve.(3) optimization for video conferencie based on TCP gateway.The common UDP Transmission can not meet the changings of network conditions on the Internet at any time, so the gateway model based on TCP, realizes the data transmission of audio and video media information.I have tested the system in the Internet environment,including the main functions:the list of the video conferencing system, to create a video conference, to add or remove person and the video exchanging of video conferencing. Test results: the functions of Voice image interaction between judge and the parties,the list of the video conferencing and Written communication,can accord with requirements of customers.The image of the video can reach the effect of no delayd and no mosaic, The effect of the audio while some delay, but it can meet the normal demand of communication.
