Design And Implementation Of Medical Dispute Information Retrieval System Based On JSP

With TOMCAT 5.1 as application server and JSP language and SQL SERVER 2000 as data sever, Medical dispute information retrieval system is mainly used in the hospitals for the retrieval, statistics and management of medical dispute information, which is based on B\S structure. The workload of medical dispute information management is very large. The staff needs to query and manage a large number of data and conduct regular statistics on the data as well in the process of information retrieval of medical disputes. The development and application of the system designed provides a flexible and convenient way to solve medical disputes and improves the work efficiency of the staff so that users can add, delete, modify, search, do statistical analysis and perform other operations quickly and accurately to the medical dispute information in order to avoid unnecessary errors.The system separates the permissions of administrators and ordinary users so as to ensure the security of the system, provides the functions of login and logout, and analyzes and designs the system security thoroughly. For instance, it provides the functions of automatic logout of Session, page verification permissions and login log for the administrators. In the module of information management, dispute information, employees' information and patients' information can be viewed, added, modified or deleted. On the query page of dispute information, the users can input query conditions such as the number of disputes, the number of employees, the number of hospitalized patients, the level of accidents, the amount of the claims, the nature of the complaint, the date of the accident, the recent accidents, the keywords of disputes, the department of employees, the identity card number of employees and etc. for information retrieval. On the statistics page of dispute information, statistics can be operated in four waysrespectively based on the department as a unit, the specified year or period and all the dispute statistical information. On the page of announcement management, the links of adding the announcement page and deleting the announcement page are provided and the brief information about all announcements is showed. The current users can easily log out from the system on the logout page to meet the need of system security.The database design of the system follows the integrity constraints of the database,including entity integrity, referential integrity and user-defined integrity. In order to improve the function of the system, the redundancy of the database should be relatively low. And it provides a powerful database security due to the data storage of SQL statements.The system has an absolute advantage in the network. It makes a very troublesome post-upgrade and maintenance become a very easy task thanks to the use of B\S structure and Java Bean. Therefore, the development of medical dispute information retrieval system is imperative.
