The Design And Implementation Of Retrieval System In Medical Resources Database

With the accelerating of informatization construction in hospitals, medical information system has been popularized, which has produced amounts of medical resources. Although most of the medical resources exist with different data types and are organized disorderly, they provide the most direct evidence for diagnosis and contain a wealth of knowledge and experience of medicine, because of which, these resources have important value in research and application. Therefore using computer to realize the effective organization and efficient retrieval of medical resources will bring great convenience for medical workers and give a great help for researchers.This thesis aims at how to retrieve resources which stored in the medical resources organization and storage system. In this thesis, a medical resources retrieve system is designed and implemented for the purpose of resosurces retrieval. Based on the practical application and research needs, the retrieval system provides four kinds of retrieval in this thesis, they are structure information retrieval, retrieval based on diagnosis text, content-base image retrieval and image retrieval based on diagnosis semantic and content. According to the free text information exists in medical cases such as diagnostic description and diagnostic conclusion, this thesis provide retrieval based on the diagnosis text by usings full-text retrieval technology, the user can give a keywords relative to the diagnosis report and get the medical resources about the keywords quickly. According to the particularity of medical images, on the basis of content-base image retrieval, provide a kind of retrieval that combining diagnostic semantic and image content, the image retrieval results contain both the semantic information and visual features, by this way, the accuracy rate of retrieval is improved.The retrieval system of medical resources databases designed and implemented in this thesis ensures that medical resources can be retrieved efficiently and accurately which make it have good practicability.
