So on the connotation of the strategic transformation of radio, film and television has not been an accepted uniform consensus, the reason of transformation, the direction and path still no scholars to system theoretical writings and discussed. More studies are needed on the radio and television enterprise strategic transformation, its connotation need to dig deeper, more in need of system, perfecting the theoretical system to guide the transformation of the enterprise how to carry out transformation of radio, film and television.Therefore, in-depth study of strategic management and strategic transformation theory, using the method of combining theory and practice of the strategic transformation to make analysis and study of radio and television companies, provides the methods and countermeasures for the transformation, not only has important academic value, but also is the urgent need of radio and television industry and enterprise development, has important practical significance.This dissertation on radio and television enterprises systematically elaborated the practical problems faced by, argument is relatively comprehensive, from a strategic analysis, positioning and making, and from the company strategy, business layer strategy and function strategy are involved, strategic transformation is given a package of solutions, put forward strategic transformation and schedule.
