The Design And Implementation Of Highway Road Management System For QuJing City

With the accelerated pace of China's information technology, information technology is getting more and more general in the construction of management system for various industries. Information management for the road administration system of seems to be very important in China. The traditional road administration adopts the way of manual management, which is difficult to meet the need considering broad soil area and complicated road condition of our country, and is difficult to guarantee the effective supervision of road administration. In order to follow the pace of information technology and to promote the effective supervision of the road administration system in Qujing City, Qujing Road Administration System was developed to effectively promote the effective development of all aspects for the road administration system.Qujing Road Administration System was overally implemented by B/S structure, and the technical framework of J2EE+SSH was adopted in the development language. JSP+JS+HTML was used to writing the front interface. SSH framework technology was used to improve the development efficiency and optimize the code structure. The overall design pattern (MVC) divided the system into three layers, the interface layer, the control layer and the model layer, which reducing the coupling degree of between codes for more clear code structure, and improving the scalability of the program. The system used Microsoft SQL Server 2014 database to store data, improving data management efficiency and ensuring the security of information.Qujing Road Administration System mainly implemented five functions, including system management, road property management, road inspection, compensatory case processing and ticket management. System management included unit organization, system module setting and case document management. Road property management included entry of road property file card, road accessory facilities list, overpass area card, query road property file inquiry, and road property change. Road inspection included inspection classification setting, schedule data type maintenance, schedule management, inspection initialization and inspection management. Compensation case processing included general compensation case management and compensation case on the spot. Ticket management included ticket type management, management of putting ticket into library, management of take ticket out library, ticket business issue, ticket collection management, management of turning ticket, ticket elimination processing, ticket day balance, ticket monthly balance and ticket inquiry.The construction of Qujing Road Administration System will greatly enhance the level of road administration in Qujing City, effectively supervise the road administration system, reduce manpower cost, promote the information construction of road administration in Qujing City, and improve the supervision quality of road administration in Qujing City.
