With the deepening of national agricultural policies such as rural land flowing and agricultural supply-side reform, new farms such as small family farms, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, and professional big had not changed their willful and odd operation ways before with the rapid increasing and development at the same time. The issues on non-standard production and planting, backward in technology, low production efficiency, opaque process and information asymmetry during agricultural product production had restricted the operation and development of modern farms. However, the rapid development of modern information technology and theory such as emergence of smart mobile device and GIS technology, Wechat technology and HTML5 had brought about new ideas and technical methods for operations policy, expert interaction, production technology, planting management, safety sourcing and enhancing the overall efficiency of agriculture for new farms.This article, according to actual production conditions in farms, developed a set of field comprehensive information service system based on Wechat platform and put it into application by applying HTML5+CSS+Java Script client technology, Tomcat server and database technology while combining Arc GIS Server and Amap API, the study conclusion are as follows:(1)For data and functions, it classified and arranged the spatial and non-spatial data involved in the system and elected SQL Server as main database of system while established user information module datasheet, production base module datasheet, farming module datasheet and advisory module datasheet and completed the modeling of cultivated soil information database for most counties and cities in Guangdong Province, achieved the integrated management of spatial and non-spatial data within the system.(2)It given overall use cases of system, including cases for user management and farming information, experts Q&A and agricultural product source tracing management, designed functional frame for the system on the basis of users needs and data analysis with detailed designs for main functions in system, including standardized planting management module function, experts consultation and guide service module function as well as system management service module functions.(3)It achieved field comprehensive information service system on Wechat platform by combining HTML5+CSS+Java Script client technology, Tomcat server and database technology as well as Arc GIS Server and Amap API, the functions including Soil testing and fertilizing recommendation, farming recording management, experts interrogation, production quality source tracing, agricultural knowledge base and information promotion.(4)The system had been applied preliminary in wide villages, which had indicated that the field comprehensive information service system easy to operate with stable performance, which not only provided the farms with rich agricultural production techniques and agricultural production information for decision making, promoting the “Zero-distance “communications with experts, but also regulated the whole process for agro-ecological cultivation management and accelerated the construction of agricultural product quality source tracing system. Up to now, 510 farms had been included into the field comprehensive information service system.
