Our country is not only the most populous country, is also a agricultural country. Frequent food safety problems in recent years a serious threat to people’s health and life safety, how to improve the quality of agricultural products and to ensure food safety, make people not only eat satisfied, and eat well, eat trust has become a urgent problem to be solved. Especially in today’s era of e-commerce, guarantee the quality safety of agricultural products in the process of electronic trading and to establish the corresponding agricultural product traceability system for agricultural products first to solve one of the important problems of electronic commerce.At present, there are many experts and scholars at home and abroad on the agricultural product traceability system and related system construction has carried on the research and exploration, has obtained certain experience and results as well as some shortcomings and deficiencies, in light of the combination of an enterprise of "company + base + farmers" business model, this topic through the exploration and practice finally realized a safe, quick, convenient, general "from field to table" to the regulation of agricultural products traceability management platform.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation of traceability system, lack of learning strengths to improve, such as many of the existing agricultural product traceability system can only back one or a kind of agricultural products, can’t back all kinds of agricultural products, of course, there are some practicality is not high, the secrecy is bad, the problem such as difficult to its widespread use, integrated all of these cases, through the demand analysis and to UML modeling of the system, on the basis of the database design, architecture design and detailed design, and this platform model analysis are put forward. Then use the WCF communication technology combined with it such as light-weight ORM technology to realize the SOA and REST mixed architecture style service middleware; Use the Devexpress traceability management of interface technology to achieve the client; Using Xamarin Mono Android source of cross-platform technology to achieve the client; Use the Swift programming language to implement the IOS traced back to the client. Finally with the help of Rfid, Internet of things technology such as qr code in agricultural production, processing, testing, distribution, and marketing, link layer upon layer to monitor, trace, make the agricultural product quality safety problems root can depend on from time to tome, well-documented. Finishing of agricultural products traceability platform not only can interact with an enterprise produce electricity system, make consumers shopping online can real-time understanding of selected product traceability information, also can make consumers in the offline through Android and IOS two intelligent mobile platform for agricultural products traceability information requests, and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, to maintain the enterprise brand reputation, the income of farmers improve the cooperation, to enhance the consumer shopping experience.
