In this paper, We applied combining modeling method to propose a simulation model framework based on SMP, aiming to fulfill the requirement of information flow Verification simulation of the satellite navigation system. Then designed supporting component structure and simulation service structure. Put forward the Development and integration method of component model. Finally gave samples of component developing to verify the availability of the model framework. The content of this paper includes:(1) According to the combined modeling method, we design a simulation model integration framework of information flow verification of satellite navigation system. The general development process and component integration method were given on the basis of the framework.(2) Based on the SMP tree component structure, proposed extension component hierarchy, designed the composition structure of simulation component, defined the inheritance relations, attributes and methods Interface of each component object, and And puts forward the structure and patterns of combination module.(3) According to the simulation framework and simulation model component structure, we designed Navigation simulation extended service based on SMP basic simulation service. Defined the interface and function of each service.(4) Develop sample of simulation model to verify the availability of the simulation framework, including the samples of conceptual modeling, module component developing and the result of verification. At last, develop module of Petri nets to prove the scalability of the framework.
