With the Android platform is widely used in portable devices,and the rapid development of the portable terminal device,combined with the arrival of 3G,4G era,mobile equipment plays a vital role in society.Android system be used on mobile devices,greatly improve the efficiency of working,many traditional detection technology is now beginning to transforming into portable mobile devices.Take advantage of the Android platform,use it on the road breakage detection system,it can be better play its functional characteristics,compared with the traditional road surface detection equipment,movable pavement breakage detection system is smarter, smaller,higher integration,etc.For the detection of the site road surface, and a number of location is difficult to detect,it has a higher advantage,with a broad space for development.This design of portable surface breakage detection software,it can handle the images of aggregate and pavement cracks,then extract the specific parameters of these images,and can retrieved based on characteristic parameters of the images.The main contents of this article:(1)This article is beginning of describing the road surface detection system,first introduce the current development of pavement detection system,then analyzes the current mainstream road detection system,with the current development status of mobile devices based on Android,proposed the development direction of the road surface breakage detection software.(2)Describing the overall structure of the entire road surface detection system,proposed content of the study,focusing on the needs and feasibility of moving pavement breakage detection software,description of key technologies,including the Android system framework and development tools,providing the technical platforms and frameworks basis for the software.(3)Combined with the basic principles of digital image processing,detail of the image processing technology in processing and theoretical basis on pavement cracks and concrete aggregate,using Matlab technology to simulation,more conducive to fracture identification and parameter extraction.(4)Development pavement breakage detection software based on Android,using the Java language in achieving the algorithm,the software system modules is divided into image loading,road surface cracks and concrete aggregate image processing,extract image technology parameters and retrieval image module.(5)Testing software,comparing with the actual measurements after testing,control error of 6%,meet the requirements of the software,implement software features.Finally,this paper presents a little disadvantage of the detection software,proposing improvements for the next job,and expounds the prospects of removable pavement breakage detection software.
