As one of the next-generation mobile communication evolution plans, TD-LTE system is the development direction of TD-SCDMA system, and its goal is the ability to support high data rates and low system delay. The main content of this paper is research on dynamic resource allocation strategies for TD-LTE system, and the mode of resources allocation will be in large part to impact the system performance. This article first introduces TD-LTE system network architecture and key technologies, also the composition of the system resources and the technical knowledge of resource allocation are presented. Then the commonly questions of dynamic resource allocation strategies in TD-LTE system are recommended. In contrast the differences between LTE and OFDMA, the paper introduces a dynamic resource allocation strategy which based on traffic load. Combined with the TDD character, TD-LTE system is able to adjust the sub-frame switching point, and makes corresponding proportion of the number of resources for the uplink and downlink which have different traffic load. Simulation results show that TD-LTE system can gain the improved average resource utilization. Finally, the paper studies the dynamic resource allocation strategy for TD-LTE system. The improvement strategy in downlink is based on the resource block minimum gain to achieve the least cell power and user's rate requirements. Simulation results show that the improvement strategy can reduce the total transmit power of the system, and meet the user's transmission rate requirements. Continuity resources for each use and system throughput maximized are the aims in uplink. The existing strategies are the gists for the improvement strategy in uplink, and bits are adjusted in each resource block. Simulation results show that in the case of the continuity resources allocated to uplink users, the system throughput has been improved, and each user can realize fairness communication.
