With the constant improvement of intelligent terminal and measurement control card performance, if the latter that equipped with sensors, relays and motors combines with the powerful intelligent mobile terminal, forming a new kind of intelligent mobile terminal equipment technology and measurement and control technology, it will be able to realize a low cost and portable equipment, which is used for measurement, control, display and analysis, based on intelligent mobile terminal. In this paper, research work is to offer a fully support mobile terminal application's firmware reconfigurable measurement control card scheme, which has well versatility and flexibility.In this paper, the main research content includes the following several aspects.Firstly, by analyzing the relevant background, it provides an overall architecture of the firmware reconfigurable measurement control card platform based on the mobile terminal. On the one hand, through designing a script parser in the measurement control card, user can make it flexibly perform a variety of different tasks by editing the script. On the other hand, using IAP(in application programming) technology, it can realize that making the measurement control card perform the operation of firmware refactoring by using mobile terminal. It also allows the measurement control card storing multiple firmware program by dividing the Flash memory into several regions.Then, through analysis and research of the existing data communication interfaces on mobile terminal and their application features, this paper uses the communication ways of Bluetooth and USB OTG to realize the data interaction with low or high speed. In the part of Bluetooth wireless communication, it uses HC06 module to fulfill the task. In the part of USB OTG communication, for some measurement control cards that do not support USB OTG, it can use FT232 RL chip, UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter) to USB converters, to realize the USB OTG communication. For the measurement control cards, which has the USB OTG function, it can fulfill the fast task of high speed communication by editing the driver codes.Finally, on the basis of the above research work, this paper shows the ADuC7126 micro controller based measurement control card with low speed and STM32F407 micro controller based measurement control card with high speed, and tests their efficiency of running script and speed of data transmission. From the low speed, medium speed and high speed, the operation requirements of those different environment, this paper builds the detection of environment PM2.5, human bio-signal measurement and vibration acquisition based on ICP accelerometer three platforms, using different firmware reconfigurable modes and data communication ways for demo application. And it verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this scheme.
