With the rapid development of machine vision and three-dimensional scanning technology, the market requirements on the technology and performance of three-dimensional vision measurement equipment are increasingly high, especially in the speed, accuracy, and the integration level. In order to improve the efficiency and integration, this paper proposes and designs a micro- three-dimensional measurement system using an embedded FPGA technology to replace the original computer. The main research contents and results are listed as follows:(1)To design and verify the validation and performance of three-dimensional vision measurement terminal based on FPGA, the calibration of camera and projector is carried out, and then a surface of an object is measured using structured light coding technology;(2)To reduce the size, avoid the non-liner transformation of projected image and synchronize the camera, a projector based on DLP technology has been designed in this research. Through the design of multilayer PCB hardware circuit, programmable control of image processing and the output of synchronous trigger signal, it is easy to realize the miniaturization of the projector, the authenticity of the image and the synchronization of the image projection and collection.(3)In order to ensure that the projector can be separated from the computer to work independently, the SD card drive technology method based on FPGA is studied and applied. Through a combination of SPI communication protocol and I2 C control command to achieve the projection of the image which stored in the SD card.(4)In order to achieve the data collected by camera and measurement results are displayed, the driving technology of AT070TN83 display module based on FPGA is studied and applied; the measuring of 3D vision measurement terminal can be displayed at real time.On the basis of the above research results, the hardware and software integration of the three-dimensional vision measurement terminal is completed, and the single-sided three-dimensional reconstruction of the measured object is realized. and then carry on the and the effect is good.
