3D measurement technology is a kind of basic technology widely used in industrial inspection,cultural relic protection,virtual reality and other fields,specific applications such as automobile quality inspection,remote house viewing and so on.Among them,structured light measurement method is one of the mainstream methods for non-contact 3D measurement.At present,the concrete realization methods of structured light measurement system are varied,but most of them are carried out in the area where the measurement environment is controllable.With the development of the application of structured light measurement from industrial detection in fixed environment to measurement in uncontrolled environment(such as indoor environment reconstruction),the measurement environment and the optical properties of the object surface to be measured have become more and more complex.How to ensure the accuracy of the measurement system in the complex measurement environment has become an important direction of the development of structured light measurement system.Optical characteristics on the surface of the object under test is not ideal objects(such as reflectivity change,mirror,etc.),the interference of environmental factors(such as air to light scattering),structure defect of the measuring equipment(such as color crosstalk,color filter,etc.)will affect measurement,such as the measurement error increases even the measurement could not be entirely.At present,most of the researches on the measurement of structured light use the light intensity as the information transmission channel.However,the intensity of light is easily affected by the environment and the optical properties of the object surface in the process of transmission,which ultimately makes it difficult to decode the data acquired by the camera side.The polarization of light provides an additional channel of information.Compared with light intensity,the polarization property of light has better stability in complex environment.Therefore,more information can be extracted from the polarization properties of light,and the encoded information of structured light can be embedded in the polarization properties of light.In this paper,two coding schemes for structured light measurement are proposed to improve the stability of measurement.One is based on the polarization of structured light coding technology,through the analysis of the polarization of light transmission characteristics in structured light measurement system,and will be structured light coding information coding in the light of one of the parameters of the relatively stable,achieved can deal with complex objects,reduce the structure light measurement system of the camera from the purpose of the impact of coke.The second is the color-polarization structured light joint coding method.By establishing the relation between the color of the light and the polarization state of the light,the purpose of using the gray camera to solve the color structured light coding is achieved,so that the inherent hardware errors of the color camera,namely the influence of color crosstalk and color filter,can be eliminated.In addition,the polarization distribution of the light in the coding technique is specially set to reduce the scattering effect of the projected light in the air,so that the uniformity of the structured light can be improved.
