Nowadays, Internet has been undergoing the urgent swelling and the network applications have emerged diversity. Some applications, such as video conferencing, Voice over IP(VoIP), remote education etc. have been getting increasingly on Internet, which have higher requirement for network resource. In order to try to satisfy the request of network services, the current Internet architecture exposes fatally defect. Software defined networking has provided a novel resolution for research network application and resource management. The control plane decoupling from the forwarding plane makes the fundamental change that converts the distribute management into centralized control, which improves the flexibility and efficiency of network control and management. In this paper, we summarize the architecture of software defined networking firstly and describe the OpenFlow technique that is communication protocol between controller and switch. Furthermore, we introduce the several QoS management models and propose a resource management scheme, which is combine the routing redistribution and network resource virtualization to guarantee the network performance in SDN.Secondly, we state the realization mechanism of routing re-allocation dynamically that is realized by multi-constrained QoS route algorithm and network virtualization management technique. When the source path cannot provide QoS guarantee, the resource management framework will reroute the new path to reduce the load leaded by the reason of shared path. We provide the detail introduction about the resource allocate system and propose a heuristic algorithm to solve the constrained shortest problem that has been proved the NP complete problem. Furthermore, we propose the network resource virtualization which divides the network topology, traffic and bandwidth to satisfy the request of traffic when the route algorithm fails to calculate the new path. Finally, we have designed the simulated experiment scene and physical experiment test-bed to verify the feasibility of management framework. The experiment results show that an effectively improve on network resource usage can be achieved for service requirement and guarantee the reliable transmission for network traffic.
