Angle measurement accuracy and pointing accuracy of radar equipment is mainly affected by the accuracy of the shaft seat antenna size antenna base shaft shafting error directly affect accuracy. Antenna design is crucial to establish a threeaxis model is accurate, precise, intuitive, fast and perform spatial coordinate axis error analysis.Based on the research radar antenna pedestal shaft precision, combined with the structural characteristics of the antenna pedestal, from genesis shafting error theoretical analysis, the researchers calculated shafting error mathematical model analysis and calculation errors on the radar shaft angle measurement accuracy influencing factors, using computer expand assisted tolerance optimization tolerance analysis software, the main content of the work as follows.First, the thesis introduces the antenna base of the structure, composition, analyzed the antenna pedestal shaft structure.Secondly, the thesis one by one antenna base axis error discuss, analyze its causes, and the mathematical model to calculate the axis error. Detailed analysis of the relationship between the antenna pedestal axis error angle measurement accuracy is given by calculating shafting error on the angular accuracy.Finally, the thesis describes the use of tolerance analysis software PROE under CETOL, establish triaxial antenna base model and shaft tolerances analysis, optimized shaft tolerance analysis results, by optimizing the shaft tolerances, to achieve the best radar accuracy specification requirements excellent way.Shafting error by theoretical calculations and computer analysis tolerance shafting, precision accuracy of antenna shafting seat assembly and enhance predictability to make work.
