Because the laser is widely used, the impact of various disciplines to produce gradually becomes large, the laser spot power, beam quality factor measured beam quality and description of other parameters has become a hot topic, and the current domestic measurement parameters for each laser, Although already developed a complete suite of measurement systems, but mostly for research and development, has not yet appeared quickly and easily and can be widely industrialized laser beam measurement system.Today, the laser beam quality measurement methods, measurement speed and measurement accuracy can not be taking into account. In order to take into account the purpose of measuring the speed and accuracy of proposed double slit scanning method.Because this method does not require the use of an attenuator in the optical path, reducing the complexity of data analysis. Selection of embedded technology to complete the entire system control and data processing, small size and easy to carry, can achieve real-time processing of data. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification, to achieve a rapid simultaneous measurement of two shaft power distribution, dynamic range up to 70 dB, the scanning rate of 2 to 18 Hz, can be used to analyze continuous or pulsed laser beam. The results indicate that improvements can simultaneously measure both speed and accuracy.
