Laser parameters have an important significance in the laser application,so it is very important to estimate the parameters fast, conveniently and accurately. In this paper, the laser spot is received by the array CCD camera, and the distribution of two-dimensional optical intensity is measured at once.The light intensity value of each point is mapped by the third dimension high value, and the laser beam inner is involved in any sensor, so the laser beam parameters are not affected. The beam quality evaluation and measurement are mainly introduced. The measurement methods, adopted with international standards, are set up, and the spot light quality analysis system with CCD detector is made.In the measuring system, the attenuation system is very critical because of the low saturated threshold of the CCD.In the paper, the research status of optical thin film damage is analyzed, and the basic theory of the optical thin film damage is learned.on this basis, antireflection(AR)coating is used as laser energy attenuator to improve damage threshold. This AR is designed by TFC software, The coating system is G|HL|A,H-ZrO2,L-Al2O3and G-quartz glass.The collected light spots is analyzed and processed by MATLB tool. The 3d space distribution of the laser light intensity is provided, the valid area of the light spot is gotten, and the beam quality M2 factor is calculated.
