The development and utilization of clean energy is related to the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards. Solar thermoelectric power generation is one of a variety of power generation. Solar thermoelectric power generation has the advantages of low cost, long service life, high reliability and maintenance-free, become the research hot spot. But the ideal heating unit( good conductor of heat) has high optical reflectivity about light, which restrict its development.In this thesis, by using femtosecond laser, and changing the preparation parameters( scanning speed, scanning space, laser processing power) which were optimized, then we get a different micro-nano structure( grating structure, column structure) of metal. And combination of them with the temperature piece as the temperature difference power generation module. Through reasonable design, set up a thermoelectric testing system, further using this system to measure the power of the temperature difference power generation module, and calculated its conversion efficiency. It was found in the experiment, with the preparation of metal by femtosecond laser relative to the unprocessed raw metal, the power and conversion efficiency which have obvious improvement, best power generation can reach 25.9 mW and the conversion efficiency can reach 1.09%, relative to the metal itself, it can improve the power of 30 times, the photoelectric conversion efficiency can improve the 26 times. Relative to power generation device(not use metal micro-nano structure) power can be improved 7 times, 3 times photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved. By the results of the module surface temperature and the metal surface reflectivity, we analyzed that the important role of the microstructure cause light absorption function in power increasing. By using COMSOL simulation software to simulate the temperature changing trend in the testing process, and further evidence the experimental results.
