With the rapid development of the tourism industry, IT technology and internet technology has become an inevitable way for the development of the tourism industry transformation and upgrading. At the present, all kinds of scenic area management software and tourism management system have been built, their function is relatively simple, technology of software development relative lagging. SO it brought many difficulties of the use of the software, updating and maintenance, upgrading and expansion.This thesis is based on the practice of Qinghai province scenic area in manual Beishan management, designed the software system of management and service, To realize the information and process of tourism management. As a starting point, from the Qinghai province scenic area manual beishan demand analysis, comprehensive analysis of the current situation and the urgent problem need to solve. The paper presents the design principles and ideas, construct a information service platform with management function,service function, government function, business function and other functions. By distinguishing the user type, setting different permissions, so that different users can use the software system to operate, reflect the functional value of the sofeware system.Based on the Service-oriented architecture(SOA), the paper designed the information management system of scenic spot, which solves the problems of difficulty in access and low degree of integration of the existing system effectively. It's a brave attempt and exploration to realized the system of SOA with Web Service technical and Struts+Spring+Hibernate(SSH) technical. This not only absorbs the unique advantages of SOA, but also combines the significant features of SSH technology. The software system adopts oracle database system of enterprise as the background support, make the structure of the whole system is stable and powerful.Based on Service-oriented architecture, the system has a nice interaction, support cross platform, support the expansion of each function. Through the actual test, it showed that the system has good security,access,versatility and advanced, to achieve the requirements of the first proposed scenic spot management.
