Design And Implementation Of A Fixed Assets Management System Based On RFID Technology

RFID Radio Frequency Identification,it is an automatic identification technology since 1990 s [1]. This project is get RFID technology applied in the enterprise asset management system. The enterprises accumulated large number assets for long-term, and constantly involved new add, transfers and so on change process. And fixed assets are have characteristics of high-value, long life-cycle, dispersion locations and difficulty management, etc., [2]. Most of current fixed assets management system usually self-made label or barcode management technology, with the development of fixed assets management system, barcode technology gradually cannot meet the needs of society asset management, a kind of new technical means supplement is in urgent need, while, RFID technology is a good choice.This project is reference ISO15693 RFID technology standards, and uesd high frequency 13.56 MHZ frequency electronic tags technology. RFID fixed asset management system can assigned a unique RFID identification for each assets of the enterprise, RFID technology used radio frequency way to make contactless two-way data transmission between reader and RF card, for the purpose of target identification and data exchange., realize key data such as record and management. For specific work scene, handheld POS terminal is designed to support online and offline two works mode, and the pos system use binary search method for offline data retrieval methods to improve the retrieval efficiency for huge amounts of data.The asset management system adopts B/S structure, support more users through the Internet access asset data and sharing real-time. This system is constituted by WEB assets management system. RFID tags issue system, handheld POS systems. WEB assets system adopts WADE technology realize unify based development platform. And WEB design using the SSH of MVC mode as the overall framework of system, through AOP control IOC implementation unified management for creating components, assembly, interception, and injection. WEB system is four layers framework which is include public layer, database framework, page framework, application framework. And system mainly includes the assets parameter management, change management, report forms management, authorization management and so on main function module. This system have data interface with ORACLE financial system and which are complete the assets tags management and transfer data by specify way, and by this way ensure better sharing asset data with ERP CRM MIS system.
