During the meeting of NPC and CPPCC in 2015, it was clearly proposed that we will keep a reasonable control on the total energy consumption and increase energy conservation in the key areas such as industry, transportation, construction and so on. In order to expand the business in the field of commercial building energy consumption monitoring, practice company plans to do an advanced research on the commercial building energy management system. The system will detect, analyze and linkage control all the commercial building energy consumption data that access to the system. Then the commercial building manager can grasp the building energy consumption data more clearly and manage the building energy consumption equipment more conveniently. By comparing the data got from many buildings, the manager can provide data and reference for strong and weak electricity designs, building energy consumption equipment model selections as well as advertised energy savings.This article mainly study the implementation of commercial building energy consumption monitoring method in the aspect of software technology. The electrical energy usage of the utility power of the elevators, lighting, air conditioners and sockets in the commercial building will be centralized monitored and decentralized controlled. According to online monitoring and dynamic analyzing the usage data, we can reduce energy costs by using certain method, provide relevant data analysis reporting and diagnostic report of electrical energy for commercial building manager to achieve the goal of automatic control and management, and provide a safe and comfortable office environment for office staff working in the commercial building. The methods of implementation include: according to software engineering method, requirement study and analysis, systems analysis and design, coding, software testing and system deployment, we can design and develop systems; according to the actual demand and analysis result, we can develop the technology by using C# technology based on the Windows platform and JAVA technology based on the Android platform, get device data from the data acquisition system and then control the equipment. The data will be stored in the Sql Server database which will be used to supply data query service for the client via a web service. The PC client will show by using WPF technology.This article implements the energy consumption management in the commercial building, study and design a set of auto-controlling system through the acquisition and analysis of various electric energy consumption data of the commercial building. We can implement the monitoring and automatic controlling of commercial building's electric energy consumption.
