In vision measurement system of line-structured light, there often exist steps, deep groove, protuberance, holes and isolated areas in an object for the objects with complex surface features. In the actual measurement, due to information obscured the problem of the missing data usually happen in these areas. In the strong reflection areas there is serious noise as high brightness and speckle noise. In the black areas there is a situation of poor light saturation. This bring us difficults to process image and extract light center, and produce a measurement error.The measurement system of hard disk in this paper is researched mainly by laser triangle principle, which uses binocular measurement technology. Scanning measured hard disk to get the 3d data, matching information and blending point cloud images of two cameras can be obtained.The main accomplished work: through the system measurement model and mathematical model, the author completed equipment selection such as laser, moving stages, CCD camcorder, and platform building and the related parameters calibration. Through adaptive intensity of laser control it improve the light quality, and using the gray-gravity method to extract the light center. Through the modified matching algorithm operator to process the obtaining image. They make the obtaining data of left and right cameras better matched and integrated. Completed the three-dimensional reconstruction of hard disk model based on point cloud, the author get a full 3d data of disk shell, And build a set of relatively perfect software measurement platform.
