In the daily military exercises, the real-time data activity moving target and the sensor is difficult, generally do not have a reproducible and costly exercise, it is necessary to propose a new auxiliary data fusion system. Data simulation system is an auxiliary data fusion system algorithm debugging, algorithms, functional testing, performance assessment tools and algorithms. By manually set the story and scenario simulator probe parameters, data on the target system simulation model and the motion detection process simulation, static, or real-time data to generate simulation, validation algorithms and algorithms for effective performance evaluation.The data in the study and design of simulation system also encountered some problems, mainly the amount of the following aspects: the time for when the local vector map data in large quantities and large-scale operation in the user view the map, or vector map elements more complex, since the rendering engine is required each time the user operates the map to re-render all the elements within the entire screen, resulting in the rendering workload increased sharply, leading to the problem of slow refresh vector maps, vector maps of tile therefore propose to build and tile map server and piece constructed local map tile cache system to solve the problem of slow refresh vector map. In this paper, the map tile cache system proposed two alternative algorithms GLMFU and ALMFU algorithms, proven algorithm of the system cache hit rate has increased.
