With the development of Artificial Intelligence, the time of researching tactics and making battle plan by manpower is passing away. During the time when computer was used in the field of War Simulation, we have made great progress with war theory and differential equations. With the development of AI, it will come to play a more important role in war simulation. Because of the great ability of modeling complex system and dynamic environment, the model based on Multi-Agent-System has great advantage than others. The application of MAS will offer a new platform for the development of war simulation.This paper combined MAS(Multi-Agent-System) with WGS(War-Game-Simulation) and build the common WGS Model based on MAS. It also explained the structures of some key Agents. Then it chose the Weapon-Target problem, which is vital important in the war, to show the way of solving collision and coordination between the Agents with ACO. In the last part of paper, we simulated the models above with JADE(Java Agent DEvelopment framework), which proved the feasibility of the models.The main jobs of this paper are as follows:1. Combined the MAS with WGS system, discussed the common WGS model based on MAS. Especially we explained the structures of chiefAgent, soliderAgent, battleAgent which were the important parts of the model.2. With the common model above, it chose the WTA(Weapon-Target-Assign) as the topic to do more research in targets assign model, confliction model, coordination model. And it used ACO theory to solve the collision and coordination problems.3. Used JADE platform to simulate the models above and analysed the simulation results.
