In the existing spectrum allocation algorithms, the channels allocation is in exclusive mode. When the channel is allocated to a pair of users, the other users can not use the channel at that time. The allocation method leads to the utilization of spectrum resource is very low. At the same time, the mobile terminal communicating to each other by transmitting their information to the base station. It will reduce the rate of resource reuse, and increase energy consumption of the communication.Firstly, we analysis the resource allocation algorithms which have the goal to maximize the spectrum efficiency and the energy-saving technologies in wireless network. Then we proposed a high-capacity resource reuse algorithm based on location for wireless green network. We divided the available channels to global channels and local channels, reuse of the local channels when the interference is under controlled. The algorithm is based on the distance between the two communication parties and the distance between the communication parties and the base station. Then combined with the communication energy consumption and the D2 D communication technology. And distinguished to assign local channels and global channels in wireless communication network. The results of experiments and theoretical analysis show that, use the algorithm can reuse the local channels under the acceptable interference limited, effective in expansion of the available channels under the premise of energy saving.In order to use the resource allocation algorithm in multiple cooperative network,we proposed a high-capacity resource reuse algorithm in multiple network. We divided the available channels to global channels?local channels and adjacent local channels, reuse the local channels and the adjacent local channels in the case of Interference-limited. We adjusts the number of the global channels and the local channels on the basis of the energy consumption, and distinguished to distributechannels in the single network and the multi network. The results of experiments and performance analysis show that, the algorithm can save energy and improve the spectrum efficiency.
