It's about ten years since Web2.0 has been put forward, at the same time, the “User generated content”(UGC) in kinds of internet products is more and more important, even becoming the most important key to compete with others. With the development and the growth of the internet, the internet company pay more attention to improve the old products rather than exploit new products. Comparing to popularizing the products in hard ways, the company whose UGC is main content starts to explore the way to stimulate, in order to make their products' UGC better and better. An appropriate way to stimulate user to generate content can save much expenses for company. So, using an appropriate way to stimulate is an most important thing to the succeed way. What this paper tells is about what kind of way to stimulate UGC contain, what theory different way to stimulate UGC use, and what different result the different way to stimulate UGC will cause.The innovation in this paper are:the research is in terms of the companies instead users, while using the methods which are used for the online products.The research tells the relationship between the ways to stimulate UGC and the results caused by the different ways instead of the motivation of users in UGC. This paper uses the traditional ways to research such as document analysis and questionnaire analysis, while using the ways which companies like to use to research such as expert interviews and data analysis. As the result of this paper, three impact factors have been put forward: material motivation, spiritual motivation, user experience, and at last the paper gets to know the mental influence in the three impact factors and what the three impact factors occurs.
