The off-site business model has developed rapidly due to the fast growth of e-commerce, which due to its popularity has helped to accelerate the rapid development of the logistics industry. Whilst the logistics industry has developed rapidly, there are a number of risks affecting the sector. Today, the sector's main problems include: the high cost and poor efficiency of logistics and distribution services, lack of adequate infrastructure for transmission of e-Commerce Information, the rapid development of mobile Internet and corresponding decrease in the level of associated paperwork.Mr Wang Yang, the Vice Premier of the State Council pointed out in a recent forum in Beijing on urban logistics that: the development of the logistics industry is lagging other sectors due to high logistics costs, poor distribution efficiency, and problems particularly within the "last kilometer" of delivery.In this paperless environment receipt links to solve these problems are particularly important. As cloud computing technology matures and there is an increase in large data applications, the safety aspects of paperless receipting including its credibility, efficiency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations should be monitored.This article presents research on the logistics industry including the impact of paperless software development and market prospects in addition to market demand and forecasts. It is based on research of the paperless application technology and electronic authentication services and provides a potential solution to these issues. By applying the “large data” information technology which can optimize distribution and provide links to sign paperless application. It provide a solution to secure the delivery evidence, evidence queries, data access and other key technical problems, to achieve logistics receipt completely electronically. As a result, it will build a regulated, trusted and secure "green" supply chain logistics of the whole ecological environment and off-site economy.
